I monitor the 20 meter band just about every day. Uganda is UTC + 3. 12 pm Eastern Standard time in the US is 8 pm here. I use an Icom IC-718 feeding 100 watts into a Hy-Gain multiband vertical mounted on the metal roof of my office building.
